Taipei Fusion Rotary Club 13th Online Meeting | Recap
Upgrading hiring, deployment, development and retention with the Coder Thinking Method
Speaker | Baylor Lee (Senior Consultant, 104 HR Academy)

As AI tools flood into the workplace, how should people be selected, deployed, developed and retained? For the first talk of the new Rotary year, Taipei Fusion Rotary Club invited Baylor Lee, a consultant with many years in talent development, to share the "Coder Thinking Method" he has distilled from his career in HR.
The talk was built around Baylor's own Coder framework: Capture, Organize, Distill, Express and Rethink. It takes talent decisions apart from a structural angle, so that hiring, deployment, development and retention no longer rely on gut feeling but follow a method with concrete steps. Drawing on extensive corporate training experience, he showed how to apply this way of thinking at every stage, from recruitment interviews and employee development to coaching direct reports and retaining top performers.
Whether you attended as an employee, a manager or a business owner, there was plenty to take home.
Thank you, Baylor, for a brilliant opening to the year. We look forward to seeing everyone at the next meeting.
